General Changes:

  • Title Screen Changes:
    • Overhauled Title Screen (Made it look cooler)
    • Changed music track to a remixed version :D
    • Slightly adjusted Data Tab on Options menu.
  • Added an indicator / effect for platforms you can perform Ledgeboosts on
  • Added 0-4
    • Adjustments made to earlier World 0 levels
  • Added 0-S (Secret Level)

  • Gave Levels actual Names

  • Bricks, Vases & other breakable objects now break easier / better :P
  • Added screen shake to some actions
  • Added particles to some environmental objects
  • Added Counterable & Non-Counterable attacks for enemies
    • Added Indicators before an enemy attacks

    • Player Character / Movement Changes:
      • Generally cleaned up the controls to feel less janky *
      • Player now has invincibility frames upon respawn
      • Player doesn't fly off ramps at lower speeds
      • Player now has higher gravity
      • Added Health! (Currently maxxed out at 3HP)
      • Sliding now moves at a constant speed
      • There is now a short cooldown between slides
      • Performing a Slam on a ramp will cause them to instantly go into a slide
        • Sliding on a ramp now causes you to slide until you reach the bottom
      • Slightly increased jumping height
      • You no longer accelerate in air
      • Decreased Coyote Time window
      • Decreased Jump Buffer window
      • Added Camera Tilt effect (Can be changed in options)
      • Afterimage now activates earlier
      • Player's default running animation slowly speeds up while running
      • Added ability to charge up Slides, making them do double damages
        • Added ability to "Gem Charge" your Slides, each gem does something cool :>
      • Added a small particle effect for Slamming & Ledgeboosting
      • Adjusted Player outline during Freezeframes
      • Dash (Blue) Gem now depends on current speed

Options Menu Changes:

  • Changed the font of dropdown elements for readability
  • Generally cleaned up appearance of dropdowns
  • Display:
    • Added "Level of Detail" option, for disabling particles / lighting
  • Audio:
    • You can now change Sound volume seperate from Music volume.
  • Controls:
    • Added additional bindings
  • General:
    • Colour:
      • Added previews for colour changes
      • Added option to change the colour of "Stun Particle"
        • Added an option to toggle the Stun particle off & on
      • Slightly changed default Mach Speed colour
      • Added "Reset to Defaults" option on Colour menu
      • Removed "Stale Bar" & "Style Bar" colour options
      • Also removed "Sync with Style Rank" colour option for Mach Aura.
    • GUI:
      • Added "FPS Counter" toggle
        • Added ability to Disable Tip Boxes.
  • Gameplay:
    • Added option to disable "Camera Volumes" (forced camera positioning)
    • Added "Tilt Intensity" option for camera tilting.

UI Changes:

  • You can now navigate Menus with the DPad on controller ( about time -_- )
  • Changed position of Stamina Meter to bottom left of the screen
  • Downscaled Tip Boxes
  • Added FPS Counter
  • Overhauled Style Meter / Status HUD appearance
  • Added a Title Card for each level
  • UI now properly scales with different resolutions *

  • Fixed Display options not saving correctly
  • Fixed duplicate options appearing on the resolution dropdown (due to the options having different refresh rates)
  • Fixed several framedrop issues caused by InputSystem / Scene Loading
    • Also fixed framedrops by removing dynamic lighting from Muns & Green Muns
  • Fixed enemies not dying correctly, causing Combat Rooms to take longer to open
  • Fixed enemies having the ability to become immortal / have negative health
  • Fixed Trafficrabs not dying when another Trafficrab is Blocking on top of them
  • Fixed Glagghouls being able to push Player out of bounds *
  • Fixed Glagghouls being able to charge during their return state
  • Fixed being able to not jump off of enemies
  • Fixed Trafficrabs being able to push Player out of bounds
    • Fixed Trafficrabs being able to go out of bounds when Player was far away

  • Fixed Worldmap tiles not loading properly on scene start

  • Made scenes use "LoadSceneAsync()" to prevent framedrop issues / optimise scene loading
  • Changed ability wheel to only calculate stick navigation when it's active to prevent sudden framedrop issues

  • Fixed Mach Speed Multiplier not applying when midair & moving at Mach Speed
  • Fxied Player not losing slide trail & smaller hitbox on respawn
